Manowce is a historic property uniquely located in northwestern Poland, surrounded by vast woods, far from residential areas and set right on the shore of a large bay next to the Baltic Sea. Despite its remote location, Manowce is only 2.5 hours from Berlin and its airports. Manowce is one of the very few luxury villas in this part of Europe where you can hire the property for exclusive holiday use. We also provide the group with a personal English and German speaking butler/concierge.

Manowce offers 3 stunning, luxurious apartments and 13 double bedrooms, accommodating up to 33 guests in total, or 42 including sofa beds and extra beds in some rooms. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms and large televisions, and there is Wi-Fi access throughout. The minimum group size for the exclusive holiday hire is 15 adults or children aged over five, and the maximum is 42 persons. The minimum stay is 7 days, while the maximum is 28 days. We charge a flat rate of 280 euros per person per day that includes the venue hire, accommodation and catering. As regards the venue hire, this rate covers the lower-ground floor of the palace. If you want to additionally hire the upper-ground floor of the palace, we charge extra 70 euros per person per day. If you want some guests to stay in our suites rather than in bedrooms, we charge extra 75, 100 or 150 euros per person per night, depending on your choice of the suites. If guests choose self-catering, we reduce the rates by 30 euros per each person per day. Please contact us before booking, if you want to use any of the options with extra or reduced charges. We will adjust the total price to your requirements.

If you love outdoor activities like sailing, fishing, bird watching, hunting, golf and more, Manowce is the ideal place to stay while you enjoy your next adventure. We are located right on the shore of the Szczecin Lagoon, from which you can reach the open waters of the Baltic Sea in half an hour by motorboat, so sailing and rod-fishing enthusiasts can enjoy both the bay and the sea. For hunters, very large woods surround Manowce, rich with red deer, roe deer, fallow deer, wild boar and other game. If you are a golfer, then with an hour’s journey by car or motorboat you can reach six eighteen-hole golf courses, three in Poland and three in Germany.

NEIGHBORHOOD (THINGS TO DO)

At Manowce, you can sunbathe on the private shore of the lagoon, swim in the bay and hunt for mushrooms in the woods, and you will have complimentary use of our kayaks, fishing boat with rods, and bicycles. You can also enjoy our bio sauna free of charge. Other activities, such as horse riding and shooting, can be arranged for you.

GETTING AROUND

Despite its remote location, Manowce is only 40 minutes from Szczecin (Stettin) and 2.5 hours from Berlin and its airports. We will be pleased to offer your group a shuttle from Szczecin or Berlin, and to take your group to all historic, sports or cultural venues in our vicinity.
