The property consists of the main house with 4 bedrooms & 2 independent guest-houses, beautiful outdoor areas, private pool, and a verdant garden with olive trees. It is located on the highest point of a villa complex.

The villa is formed in 3 levels, the lower level consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and has direct access to the garden. On the ground floor (pool level) there is a fully equipped with modern appliances open-spaced kitchen, dining area, guests’ WC, living room and outdoor, pergola covered dining area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with amazing sea view and access to an outdoor sitting area. Villa Sunshine also has 2 independent guest-houses on the lower level, both of them with direct access to the garden.

Choulakia Bay, with uniquely shaped pebbles of natural interest is very close (300m), as well as Mykonos Town (5 km) and Saint Stefanos Beach (2km).
