The main villa hosts the master bedroom and two additional guestrooms, all air-conditioned, with bedrooms two and three sharing a bathroom. This thoughtful configuration is especially comfortable for families, sleep¬ing up to three adults and four children thanks to a charming bunk-bed room. The remaining accommodations are found in five independent guest studios—four with double beds and one with two single beds—each blending rustic Mykonian stonework with comfortable modern touches. All double beds measure 1.60 x 2.00 meters.

The property spans 400 sqm of interior space and extends to over 300 sqm of sun-drenched verandas, all positioned to capture sweeping panoramas of Agrari Bay.
