Upon entering the Estate you see the beautiful landscaped gardens, always freshly cut and manicured with breath-taking views of the park. The house opens up into a great room which has windows letting in the summer sun year round, with touches of springtime always in the air within St Tropez. As you walk through you'll find a wonderful sitting area in front of the outdoor windows which is a designer created space, ready to enjoy for a morning cup of coffee or a late night conversation with friends, this space really brings everyone together. There are tables setup within this room for separation for those who may want to enjoy a cocktail or cards as well, which is a wonderful treat in such a great room.

As you wander through you'll find the wonderful stainless kitchen, as inspired by the top chefs of the area, this kitchen really is almost completely stainless. You can enjoy a full staff service at any time and rest assured there is plenty of space to cook and enjoy the attention of your staff for drinks or late night snacks, this kitchen is preparation ready. The kitchen is adjacent the dining area which flows easily for private dinners or early breakfast coffee. The marble table sits wonderfully in this inviting nook, present always, very elegant and regal as with any perfect setting for a luxury villa. Seating for 10 or 12 with wonderful options for more if needed.

The ground floor consists of entrance hall with guest toilets, 2 lounges opening onto the covered terrace with its outdoor lounge. In the north wing there are 5 bedrooms, 3 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom. The bedrooms are magnificent with luxury plush bedding and high count linens, each room is unique but designed with the resort in mind. The house rooms are equipped with Smart Televisions as well as Apple TV and Safes. The rooms are spacious and absolutely stunning to see, it's one of the most incredible stays for those used to luxury travel. There is nothing you can want for here, just bring your explorative spirit.

Outside you'll find a glamorous back yard with incredible pool, which sits perfect behind the glass doors. You have 2 patios on the east side of the villa for sitting and relaxing or reading a book, then 2 large outdoor covered areas in a row for those who really need or want to get out of that afternoon sun. There is also for the foodies in us all, the outdoor covered area with weber bar, BBQ, and lots of great space for outdoor dining. There is nothing like a nice cool night while enjoying some fresh foods, wine, and good company. Let us make that possible for your next vacation.
