The villa features a master suite and two guest bedrooms facing the ocean, all with Apple TV or Roku and access to Netflix and Prime for movie nights. The guest cottage has two additional bedrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen. The main house and cottage bathrooms are spacious and luxurious.

Enjoy a bar, sunset views, a dining room seating 14, and two pools, one saltwater and one chlorine-free. Sonos is installed throughout, and a movie theater offers the latest tech for movie buffs. For the eco-conscious, the villa is solar-powered and uses rainwater for irrigation.
