This villa sleeps 10 comfortably and is a short 5-minute walk from white sandy beaches and snorkeling. The beach is known for its “Reef Ball” reef restoration project and frequent turtle sightings. Land lovers will also enjoy sunset horseback riding tours or fresh local seafood and cocktails at the famous Da Conch Shack, just a short walk down the beach. Entering through the front door you will immediately notice its spacious living room with wall to wall sliding doors overlooking an enormous pool and deck. Just to the left of this living room is a full-service kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. Outside the kitchen on the ground level is a propane BBQ grill as well as dining table and chairs. This space is ideal for cooking, grilling and relaxing by the poolside.

On either side of the ground floor living room are spacious queen bedrooms with large closets and on-suite bathrooms. Up a short flight of stairs is the second floor and another large living room with wall to wall sliding doors. On this level you will find 3 bedrooms. A king bedroom with on suite bathroom; A guest bedroom with queen bed and Jack & Jill bathroom; and a garden view bedroom with 2 single beds. The second floor also has a fully stocked kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The second-floor wrap-around deck is truly spectacular. From here you have a 180-degree ocean view and a steady ocean breeze. The deck also has an outdoor dining table, chez lounges and 2 hammocks for ultimate relaxation. Large private swimming pool.
