Spanning three luxury designed levels, the villa provides 6,000 square feet of Caribbean oasis and accommodates up to 10 guests. Located on Long Bay, the villa provides direct beach access and the area is by far the most popular kiteboarding location on Providenciales and dozens of kites can be in the air on windy days. Due to the northeast trade winds, Long Bay usually has onshore or side-on wind.

Villa Hyperion offers five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Each morning, wake to panoramic ocean views and step onto your private terraces—whether it’s the ground-level garden, the infinity-edge pool terrace on the second floor, or the dramatic third-floor master suite balconies, all overlooking the turquoise Caribbean. The villa boasts multiple open-plan living areas with the ground one combining the space into a Great room for the official dining area, living area with relaxed TV lounge and a designer-built and fully equipped kitchen.

The heart of the outdoor space is the sleek infinity-edge swimming pool, lined with natural wood decking and sun loungers that invite lazy afternoons under the Caribbean sun. A pair of in-water loungers on the shallow ledge makes cooling off an experience in itself, while thoughtfully arranged sitting areas—both shaded and sun-drenched—create ideal settings for quiet morning coffees or cocktail hour with friends. Follow the path down through soft native vegetation, and you’ll find your very own beach deck with loungers and direct access to the warm, shallow waters of Long Bay.
