This over-the-top luxurious 5-bedroom villa allows guests to choose from a large variety of thoughtfully appointed areas both inside and out. A fountain-garden courtyard, pool side beds and loungers, 2 balcony seating areas with garden and ocean views, outdoor lounging and dining under roof, and plush settings in almost every corner. Additionally, each bedroom is designed to be a private personal space equipped with a television, arm chair and ensuite bathing room.

Second Chances is located 200m from World Famous Grace Bay Beach, where you can enjoy your days on some of the most beautiful sand in the Caribbean. This is also where you can find lots of great restaurants and plan for ocean activities, including boating and snorkeling. The Villa is located within a gated community within Leeward Estates which is also a gated community. The villa is fitted with electronic keypad entrance to the private courtyard and alarm system. Security personnel on site.
