The estate consists of four standalone villas, three of them beachfront - Pearl East, Pearl West, and Lidija House. Each of them is set on its own two-acre lot, yet within a minute’s walk of each other. A fourth villa has recently been added- Pearl Villa, hidden between swaying palms but equally impressive. Bedrooms are spread between the villa with Pearl West and East housing 8 bedrooms each, Lidija House offering 7 bedrooms and Pearl Villa offering 5 luxury bedrooms. Each of them come with luxury ensuite bathrooms, Molton Brown toiletries, in-room TV with Amazon Prime, Apple TV & Netflix and mini fridge and personal safe. Each villa spans ≈12,000 sq ft, blending indoor and outdoor living: vaulted ceilings, seamless flow to terrace decks and private pools, lush gardens, and sweeping vistas of the ocean. The property offers direct beach access to Long Bay beach, a phenomenal place for any water activities such as jet-skis, paddle-boarding, kayaking or kite-boarding.
