This property has everything you would want in a luxury rental including 4 Bedroom, 4 bathrooms, with wonderful hotel style furnishings, upmarket sheets & linens and lovely modern en-suites. The home is really built to attract those wanting more out of their trips than a resort suite, but a property that can hold their family and friends to enjoy time with one another in privacy.

The living area is great for families to unwind with a comfy sofa, wonderful large screen television and lots of space to lounge around. If your kids are in the mood for a movie feel free to plug into the smart television and access your own media. The living space opens up into the kitchen in one large floorplan. The kitchen is bright, new and modern with light wood cabinetry and white quartz counters. Just aside the kitchen you a lovely indoor dining space, great for family meals, morning coffee or just reading a book with the backlighting of sunshine coming in through the windows.

The outdoors space features a beautiful swimming pool, patio, and tropical gardens, the pool can be heated (additional cost). Your are just 8 min stroll / 2 min drive from Grace Bay Beach, (Sunset Beach) and we have portable beach chairs, umbrellas & cooler for your use. Enjoy your time at Villa Seadream!

Golfers will want to book a tee time at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course, (2 minutes drive), and water sports enthusiasts will enjoy close proximity to Blue Haven Marina, which is located just around the corner.
