On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, an island, and an intimate dining table for six—perfect for preparing and enjoying gourmet meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large living room featuring a comfortable sectional sofa, a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. Also on the first floor is a convenient half-bathroom and a washer/dryer combo for guest use.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, the master suite awaits with a king-sized bed, a 42-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower and a vanity with a smart mirror. The master bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and a split-unit AC for maximum comfort. Across the landing, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms The first offers a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, along with a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and split-unit AC. The second guest bedroom features a king bed, a spacious closet (with a safe), a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split-unit AC. Both guest bedrooms share a modern bathroom at the end of the hall.

Outside, the villa’s beautifully landscaped exterior is just as impressive as the interior. The private deck boasts a pool with chaise loungers, a sectional outdoor sofa with a fire pit, and a state-of-the-art pavilion-covered BBQ area.
