This luxury villa estate built on 2.5 acres features all the amenities that one would expect from a distinctive property. The 7000 sq. ft. main house is directly on 170 ft of beachfront, with large marble pool pavilion, a 40’ freshwater pool, covered outdoor dining with seating for up to 20, adjoining outdoor bar, BBQ, media room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, modern office with internet, full air conditioning, and sumptuous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the sea.

Just steps away is the new Guest House with an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining and kitchenette, covered patios overlooking the ocean and separate laundry room. As an added benefit one of the bedrooms in the main house offers an attached sitting room with pullout sofa-bed and TV. The villa also feature a tennis pavilion with a fenced all-weather court and lighting to enjoy night-time playing, a large and well equipped tiki bar with bar fridge, sink, and outdoor furnishings, and a fitness room which also has a sofa and full bathroom.
