Villa Felicita is a seven-bedroom vacation rental. They are spread over three levels on several buildings, and open onto magnificent ocean views. Every bedroom is air-conditioned with king or queen size beds and private bathrooms. The villa has a heated infinity pool, a large deck, and an outdoor living and dining room, all covered by a large gazebo. Lush garden is also surrounding the property and giving the place a sense of coziness and warmth. The large terrace is the busiest place in the house not only because of the expansive pool but due to the multiple seating areas available, all of them providing magnificent, relaxing views.

Inside, just off the terrace, the state-of-the-art inox professional kitchen has ample counter space, refrigeration, and cooktops for preparing gourmet meals—or for watching as a professional chef, arranged by the concierge, does the work. The dining room can accommodate up to twelve people around a large indoor dining table. There is a comfortably arranged indoor living room with comfortable sofas arranged a nice TV corner witnessing the ocean and the pool. This is indoor-outdoor living at its finest and the whole house is built around this principle. Villa Felicita is also providing private parking, air-conditioned fitness room and a lift to complete the comfort of the guests.
