It’s ideal for family gatherings or vacationing with friends as the areas for socializing and bedrooms are well defined. Once you enter the house you will be greeted by the convivial living area, furnished with unique colonial-era antique furniture. This room is open to both sides, allowing the ocean breeze in. The room is ideal for social gatherings and relaxation, Right next to the living space is the kitchen, equipped with the necessary appliances. As lovely as the insight is the heart of the villa is the awe-inspiring terrace with the heated pool and jacuzzi and the endless horizon as a backdrop. With sun beds on the sun deck and available shaded areas it offers whatever someone may need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The villa also provide tennis court and fitness room for those who wish to stay active during their vacation period. For maximum security the property has Coded entrance gate.

Villa Chanticleer is a five bedroom luxury rental. The first bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, in its own bungalow. The second and third bedrooms, also each in its own bungalow, follow a path that goes out into the garden, with each one more connected with nature and further from the main house. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are next to each other at the back of the property, along with the ample parking area and the fitness area. Every bedrooms has ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning and is furnished as comfortable as possible so that it provides utmost comfort.
