The Bay View Villa at MHBE Private Resort is brand new and celebrating its grand opening, May 2019. Set within its own 1 acre walled garden, this contemporary villa can be very private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate.

Featuring a large infinity pool, a 12-person hot tub, 20-person fire pit, large gazebo, outdoor showers, indoor and outdoor dining, as well as indoor and outdoor bar. The whole estate has fiberoptic internet connection. Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors (impact resistant glass) with breathtaking views of the Bay. This villa is very contemporary, with white quartz floors and bathrooms. This villa has a separate staff entrance.

The 4 very large bedrooms all have luxurious ensuite bathrooms, private entrances, and private sea view balconies. The ground floor bedroom opens onto the pool. Every bedroom has a large OLED LG smart TV with the most extensive cable package available in the Caribbean. Two suites have imported super king size (6-foot x 6-foot 3 inches) beds. The two additional guest suites have 2 imported twin size (3-foot x 6-foot 3 inches) beds in each which can be combined to make a 6-foot x 6-foot 3-inch bed or be separate twins. Every room has the newest LG air-conditioning system concealed behind works of art. Bedrooms include refrigerators together with wet bar set up. The family room has a 60-inch OLED smart TV.

There is a large open kitchen that opens onto a sitting room with sit up bar. The kitchen houses Miele appliances including 3 dishwashers, 2 ovens, an induction hob (cook top) and a microwave. The laundry room features a Miele washer and separate Miele dryer.

Outside your door, delight in the private white sand beach (manmade) set with swaying palm trees. The crystal-clear waters of the Mount Hartman Bay await. Fantastic snorkeling can be enjoyed directly from the property along with a variety of water sports. The dock provides a wonderful backdrop for hundreds of colorful tropical fish. The property has extensive water sports facilities including wakeboard, knee board, kayaks, tubes and lots of fun toys such as floating islands (with their own bar!) that can be attached to the dock.

The resort has a 185-foot private dock and a boat for guest use (with Captain). The 31-foot motor cruiser has an onboard fresh water shower and toilet and is perfect for exploring and fishing; Boat is charged at $500 per day plus cost of fuel. The property has extensive water sports facilities including wakeboard, knee board, kayaks, tubes and lots of fun toys such as floating islands (with their own bar!) that can be attached to the dock. The Owner owns the dredging rights to the Bay around the property and there is a 150-foot privacy cordon from the water side of the property.

To ensure your comfort, the property has its own generators, private desalination plant and water filtration systems. The estate can run completely ‘off grid’.

This villa offers a self-catered option starting at $2,500 per day; this option includes daily maid service.
