Lucky House is a 3 bedroom villa situated on just over 1 1/2 acres of beachfront property. Each bedroom has its own screened porch with ocean views and ensuite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with butler's entrance.  Living area includes 2- and 3-person sofas, dining table for 8, 60" projection TV with DVD player.

Butler will drive guest to and from resort, drive time to spa and other areas within the resort only 7 minutes.

1 of 3 Villas, Lucky house is part of our three-bedroom beachfront villas located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay's beach) are known as Rocky Point, Lucky House and Dhyani House. They’re all privately owned houses forming part of Parrot Cay Estate. Available to rent, they share the resort’s relaxed-contemporary style.

These houses are all about space – bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living and dining area, a large sundeck with private pool and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the sand. The properties include extra services including a butler and Wi-Fi.

At Parrot Cay, you can choose to do very little, enjoying powder-white sand or a swim in the warm blue sea  Some guests find their own stretch of beach, wandering up to the tiki hut by Rocky Point; others prefer to relax in privacy on their verandah or lounge beside the resort's main pool – cobalt, melting into an empty horizon.

There is a non-motorised watersports centre, two tennis courts, a gym, Yoga and Pilates facilities and a COMO Shambhala Retreat. Our library features an extensive book, music and DVD collection. There’s a well-stocked boutique and a Guest Services team to help co-ordinate exciting off-island adventures, from kayaking to mountain biking.
