Villa Pandora is an impressive three-story, Miami-style luxury mansion featuring eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Fully renovated in fall 2023, the villa showcases brand-new bathrooms, a modern kitchen, stylish furnishings, a redesigned bar, and a covered rooftop terrace. The first floor is designed as a true entertainment hub. Here, guests will find a spacious game room complete with a bar, pool table, poker table, and ping-pong table, creating the perfect setting for lively evenings and group fun. This level also opens directly onto a private heated swimming pool, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Ascending to the second-floor guests enter the villa’s main living and dining area. This level features a bright, open-plan layout that effortlessly connects indoor spaces with outdoor terraces overlooking the ocean. The fully equipped open kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, while a private chef is included in the stay for an elevated dining experience (food and beverages not included), allowing guests to truly relax.

The third floor reveals another standout feature of Villa Pandora: an expansive rooftop terrace with an additional outdoor dining area, kitchen, and BBQ. From here, guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views, unforgettable sunsets, and breezy evenings—perfect for alfresco dinners and cocktails.
