This elegant two-story villa features eight spacious bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating larger groups while maintaining a sense of space and calm throughout. Six bedrooms are located within the main house, complemented by two additional bedrooms in a separate guest wing, offering flexibility and privacy for multigenerational families or traveling companions. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with five upstairs, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned, feature ensuite bathrooms, in-room TVs, generous closet space, and king-size beds that can be converted into two twin beds if preferred.

The interior design follows a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic, defined by clean lines, light-filled spaces, and a calming palette of white furnishings paired with black wood and glass accents. The spacious living and dining areas are designed for both relaxed everyday living and social gatherings, flowing effortlessly toward the outdoor spaces.
