This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Punta Cana Resort & Club, a 26-square mile paradise that is blessed with a temperate year-round climate, light rainfall, and soft ocean breezes. The Resort provides a matchless experience for all who visit this tropical paradise, and its tropically chic lifestyle is ideal for those who appreciate high standards of quality, comfort and aesthetics As guests of the villa, you have access to all of the resort amenities and activities.

Hacienda A31 is a fully staffed villa, where the dedicated on-site team will warmly welcome you and ensure a seamless experience from arrival through the end of your stay. The kitchen is overseen by an experienced villa chef who will prepare three delicious meals daily, while a private butler will attend to your every need. Please note that at least one staff member will remain on-site 24 hours a day, residing in the staff quarters when off duty or during rest hours. Gratuities are customary — a minimum of 8% and a recommended 10% based on the rental amount before taxes and fees. Beyond the villa’s personalized service, guests will enjoy full access to the resort’s extensive amenities, including world-class golf courses, tennis courts, beach clubs, a kids’ play center, and many more exceptional facilities designed to enhance your stay.

Punta Cana features a tropical wet and dry climate under the Köppen climate classification. The weather is fairly consistent all year, with an average temperature of 30 °C (86 °F). The hot and humid season lasts from May to October, and during the day temperatures might reach 35 °C (95 °F). From November to March, temperatures during the evening are around 20 °C (68 °F). Very little rain falls around the area, primarily because of the mostly flat landscape, a combination of savanna and mountains.
