Recently refreshed in spring 2024, this two-story, five-bedroom beachfront penthouse delivers breathtaking ocean views from nearly every angle. Spread across two levels, the residence is designed to maximize natural light and uninterrupted sea vistas, creating a relaxed yet refined coastal retreat. Accessed through a private gate, the property offers a sense of privacy and exclusivity while remaining just steps from the vibrant energy of Los Corales. Please note that access to the condo requires climbing one flight of stairs, as there is no elevator.

The main living level welcomes guests with an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, all oriented toward the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ocean and beach, allowing the sound of the waves and cooling sea breezes to become part of everyday living. The fully equipped kitchen features a new stove installed in 2024 and provides everything needed for home-cooked meals, casual breakfasts, or entertaining.

Caribe Beachfront Villa accommodates up to ten guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the fifth bedroom occupies the upper level, offering additional privacy. Sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed, three queen-size beds, and two twin beds, making the layout ideal for families and groups of friends. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-room TVs, and a calm, coastal aesthetic.

One of the villa’s most compelling features is its prime location directly on Bávaro Beach, a 30-mile stretch of pristine coastline known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. From the condo, guests can step directly onto the beach to swim, sunbathe, or stroll along the shore. Two popular beach clubs are located just steps away, offering easy access to cocktails, dining, and beachfront lounging. The surrounding Los Corales neighborhood is lively and welcoming, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and services all within walking distance.
