As a gated oceanfront boutique retreat, we are conveniently located just 10 minutes from the vibrant watersports, golfing, dining, and leisure attractions of Seven Mile Beach, and a short drive from the shops in George Town and the lively Camana Bay.

Sea Orchard Retreat features four private two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottages, all centered around a large resort pool with a heated spa. Enjoy on-site amenities such as a gym, inspiration cabanas by the ocean, and seaside hammocks for lounging. Our attentive managers can assist with arranging group airport transportation or help organize a rental car to explore the area (see restrictions below).

Indulge in delicious meals at Papagallo Restaurant, which is within walking distance, or visit the nearby Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, just a five-minute drive away. For nature lovers, Barkers Beach is also a quick five-minute walk, where you can enjoy a protected oceanfront nature conservancy known for its nesting turtles and vibrant birdlife, along with popular kiteboarding opportunities.

Sea Orchard Retreat is also a sought-after venue for destination weddings, counseling groups, spiritual retreats, yoga sessions, and small informal gatherings. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs! Note that destination weddings require the booking of a minimum of two cottages, alongside an event fee and a refundable security deposit. While we typically require a three-night minimum stay, during the low season, the owner may consider shorter "staycation" bookings, so be sure to inquire further. Our entire property can accommodate up to 26 guests, with a maximum of 18 adults due to licensing regulations. We offer proper sleeping arrangements for 16 adults, with additional rollaway beds and sleeper sofas available for flexibility.

With 400 feet of natural shoreline on a reef-protected marine park, Sea Orchard Retreat invites you to explore the stunning waters. Although we have a sandy beach that is occasionally raked, it is not suitable for barefoot swimming. However, guests receive complimentary water shoes and snorkeling equipment, along with kayaking gear to fully enjoy this tropical paradise.
