This delightful home features four spacious bedroom suites, each with attached baths that have been fully renovated and re-tiled for a fresh, modern touch. Both oceanfront suites offer direct walkout access to the screened pool atrium or sun deck, making it easy to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Cayman Sands is thoughtfully designed to embrace cool winter nights, allowing for a refreshing breeze when air conditioning isn't required.

The inviting freshwater pool is nestled within a screened atrium, protecting guests from local wildlife and insects for a worry-free experience. For those visiting during the winter months, optional pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day. The atrium is beautifully furnished with a sectional sofa and dining table, creating the perfect setting for evening cocktails or al fresco dining. Framed between the two wings of the house, stunning views of the expansive sandy beach are complemented by an oceanfront gazebo and two hammocks, ideal for lazy afternoons spent unwinding with a good book or soaking in the scenery.

The oceanfront vaulted great room is bathed in natural light and offers spectacular views through 30 feet of sliding glass doors. The recently upgraded kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect, along with dishware, cookware, and cutlery for your convenience. The cozy living area features a wall-mounted television, plush couches, and a sleeper sofa suitable for small children, ensuring comfort for all guests.
