Blue Serenity a lovely oceanfront villa in Grand Cayman in the Cottage District, along the central south coast of Grand Cayman. Private dock, gazebo with hammocks, plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor furniture make this home extremely livable. Excellent snorkeling behind the house.

Blue Serenity's floor plan maximizes elevated bedroom views of the azure blue Caribbean Sea. A wall of oceanfront windows stretches the entire width of the house, flooding each room with sunshine and panoramic views. The upstairs main 3BR/3BA house was just completely renovated and furnished. The upstairs offers 3 king bedroom suites, each with a large bathroom and modern shower and clothes closet. The large central great room was designed with family in mind to be easy and relaxing; all with a view to the sea.

The full-width, 60-foot windowed sun porch connects the 3 bedroom suites with the great room and offers a dining table and multiple conversation areas for our guests to spread out. Each bedroom suite and the great room has their own A/C thermostat, permitting individual temperature control. Blue Serenity is unique in that it also has a first-floor apartment with king suite, separate kitchen and living area with (2) daybeds. This apartment is scheduled for renovation & decoration in the near future.

The new pool and multilevel pool decks are stunning and well-planned for sunbathing, dining, reading under shade or just lounging around. Many of our guests spend the entire day at the house rather than exploring. If you would like to setup a tour or chef and maid services, please do let us know.
