Villa Blanca, Cayman Islands, with over 7,000 sq. feet offers the most stunning views from every room, with crystal blue waters and privacy beyond compare.  The house sits above a private small beach which can be accessed via path, it’s a truly spectacular way, as many clients would agree, of enjoying the Caribbean and all it has to offer.  The house sits just inside a reef so if you are adventurous bring your gear and setoff on the adventure seeking snorkeling and reef diving experiences that many enjoy from the local reef fish and specimen population.  The colors are vibrant and give you a sense that you are truly, vacationing.  And who doesn’t need that once in a while?  You can also hire a boat to take you further out if you want to experience deep water diving.  We can help with any of those options.

The house features an incredible open great room, with the sun and light shining through to give you natural light throughout the daytime and moonlight during night time hours.  A lovely stream of sun glitters through during sunset hours, giving the house a hew of golden colors, great for photography on any level, truly breath-taking.  Inside you’ll find an eat in kitchen, super in every way, and a formal dining area, for those nights you want to hire a private chef to accommodate your needs.  We are happy to help you organize for just that.

Each bedroom is created in true Caribbean Style, with lovely pale blues and golden tones, awaiting your perfect vacation.  The kitchen is fully equipped and makes for easy preparation of meals with all glasses, dishes, pots and pans at your disposal.  As well there is enough for 10 so you can easily enjoy a dinner with your family, sip some wine, and relax under the stars of the Cayman Islands.  Villa Blanca “Translated” the White Villa, is just bursting with beautiful light, so we wanted to emphasize that in the name.  It really is a modern joy.

Outside, like many of our Villa Lifestyle homes, you’ll find a beautiful infinity edge pool sitting just above the water, with views to just slowly melt the stress away.  You will find the loungers and beach towels are a great addition as well as the outside BBQ and seating area.  The home really does make you feel like lounging around, so take that time you spend together and make it a time to remember.

As well, unlike many of the other homes you’ll find in the Grand Cayman, this house has a basement.  It’s a unique and lovely part of the owner’s ideal vacation rental, which he wanted to really make special for everyone.  The house also features Wi-Fi and Tennis is right across the street for those of us that are active!
