Spanning nearly 9,000 square feet across three thoughtfully designed levels, this five-bedroom luxury villa accommodates up to 12 guests and includes a four-bedroom main residence along with a separate one-bedroom guest cottage. Elevated above calm canal waters and overlooking The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, the property enjoys sweeping panoramic views and a serene, resort-style atmosphere.

The villa’s architecture and interiors are warm and refined, combining natural textures, rich woods, and expansive glass doors that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Generous living and dining spaces open onto multiple terraces and sundecks, creating ideal settings for entertaining. Outdoors, a private infinity pool serves as a peaceful oasis, complemented by surrounding sun decks, shaded lounging areas, and a poolside BBQ—perfect for long afternoons under the Caribbean sun. While guests are welcome to enjoy the resort’s large shared pools, many find the privacy of their own pool to be a favorite feature, ideal for families and groups seeking relaxation.

The sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort and privacy for all guests. Four bedrooms are located within the main villa, while the detached guest cottage provides an additional bedroom—ideal for extended family members, a nanny, or guests seeking extra independence. The primary suite occupies the entire upper level of the main house and is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, private study and home office, hidden console television, and direct access to a private balcony.

Guests staying at the Ritz-Carlton Deckhouse benefit from a seamless connection to The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. Upon arrival, the property manager will assist in setting up a Ritz-Carlton Resort Account, granting access to the resort’s renowned services and amenities. These include award-winning restaurants, beach cabanas, spa treatments, tennis and golf reservations, and the popular Ritz Kids program and kids’ camp. Light housekeeping is included as part of the service fee, with two hours provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). Additional cleaning services can be arranged in three-hour blocks after booking. Further services such as private chefs, babysitting, and bespoke experiences are available upon request, allowing each stay to be fully customized.
