Upon passing through the private gates, you're greeted by a sprawling 2-acre oasis, adorned with meticulously landscaped tropical gardens that lead to sweeping oceanfront vistas. Inside, the interior exudes sophistication, adorned with high-end contemporary furnishings that ensure both comfort and elegance. Designed to maximize the awe-inspiring south-facing sea views, the two-story great room features cathedral ceilings and walls of glass French doors and windows. Adjoining the great room, a formal dining area and family room seamlessly merge with the chef's kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

The expansive loggia spans the estate's length and hosts a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, surrounded by lush greenery, comfortable seating areas, and a dining table for 12—an ideal setting for entertaining, basking in sunset hues, or simply unwinding with a good book. Outside, the deck enveloping the 40'x50' infinity-edge pool and spa tub, along with shaded gazebo areas, invite relaxation after a day of island exploration.
