Ideally located within walking distance to Rocky Crest Golf Club and just a short drive from Parry Sound Airport and Highway 400, this extraordinary estate features a grand main cottage, a well-appointed boathouse, and a detached garage with a private gym—all surrounded by mature forest and rugged Muskoka rock.

Outdoors, guests will find an exceptional retreat with multiple furnished decks for lounging and dining, a hot tub nestled in nature, a beach volleyball court, and fantastic fishing directly off the dock. A large waterfront deck includes a designated swimming zone, and the property is equipped with kayaks, paddleboards, and access to nearby nature trails. The garage also houses a fitness area complete with a Peloton bike, allowing guests to keep up with their routines while surrounded by lakefront tranquility.

Westwood accommodates up to 18 guests across eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Six bedrooms are spread over the upper and lower levels of the main cottage, offering a mix of configurations including king, queen, and twin options—many with ensuite bathrooms. The boathouse adds two additional queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and its own cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a convenient kitchenette, perfect for extended family or visiting friends seeking privacy. At the heart of the main cottage lies a stunning open-concept kitchen designed for entertaining. Granite countertops, Sub-Zero fridges, an Ultra Line professional double oven with six gas burners, dual sinks, built-in microwave and dishwasher, and ample cabinetry provide everything needed for preparing group meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious Muskoka room, furnished with two couches and lounge chairs, illuminated by a central chandelier and surrounded by windows offering natural light and access to both front and back decks.

The main living area boasts a soaring stone fireplace and antler chandelier, setting the stage for cozy evenings indoors. A large dining table with seating for ten sits nearby, while additional living areas include a bar, pool table, flat-screen TV, and a dedicated office with a private sitting space.
