The house is located just 10 minutes from the town of Rosseau and 20 minutes from Port Carling and Bala.

The main cottage is set into beautifully landscaped grounds, tucked among mature pines. The open-concept kitchen and dining area features sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a breakfast island ideal for gathering, while the cozy great room invites conversation around a stone fireplace with large windows framing the water beyond. A three-season Muskoka Room with glass walls provides the perfect setting to relax rain or shine, surrounded by the beauty of the forest and lake. The layout includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The primary suite is located upstairs, complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite. Three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one bunk room—are also located in the main house, including a convenient queen bedroom on the main level. The fifth bedroom, a charming bunk room, is set in the stylish two-storey boathouse just steps from the water.

Outdoors, Rosseau Precious truly shines. Granite pathways lead down from the cottage to a series of thoughtfully designed outdoor living spaces. Enjoy coffee on the lake-facing deck, gather around the firepit at sunset, or unwind on the expansive dock outfitted with chaise lounges, Muskoka chairs, a swimming ladder, and even a waterside dining area.

Additional conveniences include air-conditioning, a backup generator, and parking for up to eight vehicles.
