Nestled among the trees with northwest-facing exposure, King’s Landing showcases the very best of Ontario’s beloved cottage country.

King's Landing's is situated on South Lake Rosseau, just a 2.4 km walk into the town of Port Carling or a 20-minute drive to Bracebridge for shopping, dining and farmer's markets! For the golf enthusiasts, there are multiple courses within a 15-minute drive or boat ride to choose from! The cottage sits only 25’ from the water, with only a gradual walk to the water’s edge. The lower-level walk-out includes a mudroom, walk-in hot-tub, barbeque, and two sitting areas with Muskoka chairs. Make your way with a gradual walk to the waterfront via a stone walkway. Only a few steps take you to the level yard area with a large sectional seating space, and a few additional steps to the waterside granite patio with in ground firepit and seating for 6. The walkway leads you further down to the dock complete with Muskoka chairs, loungers and enough space to dock 3 boats. Here you will find deep water off the eastern dock (6-8’) and shallow, sandy water off western dock. Tucked near the shoreline is a charming bar shed, perfect for serving up cold drinks or creating a festive lakeside atmosphere. Inside, entertainment is equally abundant with a games / media room, multiple board games and a fully equipped gym area for fitness enthusiasts.

The property features seven spacious bedrooms spread across different levels, with a variety of king, queen, and single beds to accommodate both adults and children. Five stylish bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed throughout the home, offering convenience and privacy for all. On the main level, the entertainer’s dream kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, two dishwashers, a large center island with seating for four, a walk-in pantry, and an adjoining bar with a high-capacity ice maker and wine fridge. The bright and airy open-concept living space includes a dining area with a solid wood table for ten and a Great Room centered around a grand stone wood-burning fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light and frame postcard-worthy views of the lake beyond.
