With nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across a beautifully renovated main cottage and a charming lakeside boathouse, this expansive estate combines timeless character with modern comforts and stunning east-facing lake views. The main cottage welcomes guests with a soaring Great Room featuring wood-beamed ceilings, a grand stone fireplace, and large bay windows that frame sweeping lake vistas. Multiple walkouts open to oversized decks, including a screened-in Muskoka Room with a gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. The home’s inviting lounge areas include a cozy window bench ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. On the main level, just off the Great room you’ll find a stylish bar-kitchen equipped with a Miele dishwasher, Sub-Zero fridge, toaster, and a walkout to the main entertaining deck. Below, the heart of the home reveals a stunning chef’s kitchen, featuring a Wolfe double stove, Sub-Zero fridge, dual Miele dishwashers, a wine fridge, and a generous island with seating for six. This level also offers a spacious dining room with seating for large gatherings and several living spaces for lounging and entertaining.

The nine bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy and comfort for guests of all ages. Six bedrooms are located in the main house, while three—including a private nanny suite—are housed in the well-appointed boathouse. The boathouse also includes a small kitchen with a sink and mini fridge, a breakfast table for four, and a sitting area with a couch and armchairs, making it a serene and self-contained lakeside escape.
