Kawagama Allure features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck—ideal for morning coffees overlooking the lake. A second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third is perfect for children with a cozy bunk bed. The heart of the cottage is the open-concept Great Room, where cathedral ceilings, a stylish wood-burning fireplace, and a plush sectional create an inviting gathering space. Natural light floods through expansive windows, framing postcard-worthy forest and lake views. Adjacent is a bright dining room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, large island, and a charming built-in breakfast nook. A separate Muskoka Room offers an additional lounge area with a wood-burning stove.

Outdoors, the beautifully landscaped grounds are defined by dramatic Muskoka granite steps that cascade from the driveway to the lakefront. A spacious dock and floating raft provide the ultimate sunbathing or stargazing platform, while an inviting firepit and plenty of comfortable seating make evenings under the stars memorable. Guests can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, swimming in the pristine waters, or simply relaxing with a book in one of the many peaceful corners of the property. A woodstove-equipped garage doubles as a rustic lounge or games space, and the BBQ area ensures dining al fresco is always an option.
