With 400 feet of prime waterfront, this private sanctuary is designed for unforgettable family gatherings, group retreats, and lakeside escapes. The estate features a main cottage, boathouse, and bunkie, all set amidst towering trees and breathtaking water views. With accommodations for up to 18 guests, this property offers luxury, relaxation, and endless recreation. Step inside the 6-bedroom, main cottage, where modern elegance meets cozy Muskoka charm. The six bedrooms are spread across different levels, offering privacy and comfort. A mix of king, queen, and double beds ensures restful nights for all.

Natural wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows bring the beauty of the outdoors inside the cottage. The centerpiece of the home is the Great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and plush seating - the perfect spot to gather after a day on the water. Next to the great room is the dining room - stylish and spacious, with a walkout to a patio for alfresco dining overlooking the lake. An additional Muskoka room is also available offering panoramic views of the water, cozy furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace.

A gem of its own, the boathouse sits directly on the water, offering stunning lake views and seamless indoor-outdoor living. This charming, self-contained space comes with two bedrooms and one bathroom located on the upper level, while open-concept living area with kitchenette occupies the main level. The bunkie offers additional space for guests, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. It houses the last two bedrooms – one king and one double bedroom as well as one of the bathrooms. With its 400 feet of private waterfront, Her Majesty is a lakeside playground offering endless activities and relaxation spots. There is a shallow sandy beach which offers safe place for water funs for kids, grassy lawns and multiple outdoor seating areas. Guests can gather around the firepit, overlooking the Muskoka Lake and share stories or simply enjoy marshmallow roasting under the stars. The property offers watersport equipment so water enthusiasts will have everything they need to enjoy the calms waters.
