Walk through the private entrance and straight into the serenity of the outdoor entertaining and living zone. Established trees stand tall along the fence-line providing a cool, private retreat. Sliding doors opening to the yard invite casual BBQ lunches and you can extend the relaxation into the late afternoon with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. A manicured lawn gives the kids room to move and provides the ideal spot to put your feet up.

Opening into this outdoor area is a light-filled, modern living area that is the heart of the home with plush sofas, big dining table and of course the kitchen. Double height ceiling, large glass sliding doors and tranquil views of the pool encourage a slower-paced lifestyle. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oversized kitchen bench completed with inviting bar seating and views. Cooking up a storm will not be an undesired chore in this place. For comfortable day to day there is also a big laundry as well as a full bathroom.

The multiple living spaces make this home ideal for easy family living. In addition to the garden level area a sophisticated family room sits upstairs. This large separate space brings the beauty of traditional design including a detailed ceiling, bay windows, fireplace and timber flooring. This allows guests privacy as well as providing an escape for the kids. For those musically inclined, a piano is on hand for some fun family sing-alongs.

The master bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary. Spacious and beautifully styled, you have a king bed, walk in robe and of course a spa-worthy ensuite. Elegant elements of traditional design can be found in the remaining three generous bedrooms with the warmth of hardwood timber floors and a neutral palette. These three bedrooms shares the modern family bathroom with its free-standing bath, shower and large vanity it has a touch of glamour.

Despite being next door to several of Sydneys finest beaches you are only 10 kilometres from the heart of Sydney and a quick drive or bus trip to major shopping complexes. There’s certainly no shortage of activities to keep you busy in the local area: a five-minute walk will take you to Coogee Beach, Clovelly Beach or Gordons Bay where you can easily spend the day in the sun and sand or join the Bondi to Coogee coast walk. Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within arms’ reach and there’s plenty to choose from.
