Arriving down the street with the ocean in front the property is hidden behind a stonewall. Stepping inside the gate you are greeted by the Mediterranean styled courtyard that straight away sets the tone. Inside the impressive front door awaits a breathtaking light filled dual atrium and marble foyer. The entry floor is all about social areas and an elevated everyday lifestyle. You are immediately drawn towards the social areas that is integrated with the outdoor terrace and resort style garden. Just the look of the inviting sun loungers makes it hard to resist switching to holiday mode. Cleverly designed with social life in mind but also spaces being used separately the comfortable lounge area sits in one corner connected with the dining area that flows into another sitting area that are connected with the stylish open kitchen.

The kitchen is a dream for the aspiring chef (or anyone keen to hang out at a kitchen counter nibbling away) with an cooktop and stove, plenty of workspace and all the equipment you need. Designed also for easy living the kitchen is in conjunction with the full size laundry room. Walking back out to the foyer there is a beautiful powder room next to the stairs leading to the second floor. With the entry floor being very social the second floor is a tranquil sanctuary designed for everyone to have their own space and a good night sleep.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests within this incredible escape. The master bedroom offers plenty of room and a hotel style walk in robe leading to the en-suite. The master and bedroom 2 + 3 all opens up to a terrace overlooking the garden. Bedroom 2 also offers an en-suite whilst bedroom 3 + 4 shares the lovely family bathroom. All bedrooms with built in, ceiling fans and and 100% NZ woolen carpet.
