Set within 9,000 square meters of walled-in tropical gardens, this stunning private estate is made for relaxation, reconnection, and unforgettable family fun.

The villa’s layout flows through a series of elegant pavilions connected by lush walkways and garden paths, each one designed to celebrate the outdoor lifestyle. At the top of the property lies the breezy open-plan living and dining pavilion — a peaceful perch to take in sweeping views over the swimming pool, gardens, and jungle canopy, all the way to the ocean beyond. With plenty of plush seating and a chef’s kitchen at its heart, this space invites guests to gather, unwind, and enjoy meals together with panoramic views and cooling hilltop breezes. The 13-meter infinity pool is located just below, complete with a shallow, child-friendly lounging area, making it perfect for sun-soaked afternoons and lazy swims.

A total of five spacious bedrooms is spread across the property, each one a serene retreat with king-size beds, air conditioning, and luxurious ensuite bathrooms — one even features a deep soaking bathtub. The dedicated TV lounge, located within the bedroom pavilion, provides a cozy space for movie nights or downtime between adventures.

The heart of the garden is its tranquil swimmable lake, where daring guests can leap into its cool waters from the grass bank above. An open-sided games pavilion with a pool table overlooks the lake and garden, offering a shaded hangout with fantastic views. In addition to all that in the garden there are a slack line, a trampoline & a purpose-built flood lit skate park for the children to explore the property and enjoy their outdoor time.
