On the ground floor of the town home is the main living area, which consists of an open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. Chic sofas surround a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. French doors lead out to a quaint patio and lawn overlooking the small creek. Up one level there is a European inspired kid’s bunkroom with 2 full beds and 2 singles beds. This bedroom has an ensuite with a separate bath and shower. Also on this level is the master suite, which has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a free standing tub and steam shower. The master has a cute Juliette balcony with beautiful views of Ajax Peak. On the top level of the town home is a queen guest suite with a private bathroom. This residence has a garage for 1 vehicle, Wi-Fi, a washer & a dryer.
