The outdoor areas are a highlight of the property. A well-tended garden surrounds the villa, offering quiet corners for relaxation and shaded seating areas. Spacious sea-view terraces invite guests to enjoy al fresco dining, morning coffee with ocean breezes, or sunset aperitifs overlooking the water. The private swimming pool, complete with sun terrace and loungers, provides the perfect place to unwind while remaining just steps from the sea.

Inside, the villa is arranged over two main levels and offers ample space and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable living room with an open fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings, along with a dining area featuring large glass windows that flood the space with natural light and frame views of the garden and sea. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy self-catering and shared meals. This level also includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor accommodation. The first-floor hosts five cozy and tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
