Agorà is a luxury vacation villa with private pool and wellness area, set in a peaceful rural location near Agrigento, South Sicily. This is one of Sicily’s most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. Surrounded by greenery and open countryside, the villa offers privacy, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere, while remaining conveniently close to the coast and some of southern Sicily’s most beautiful beaches.

Designed for guests seeking space, tranquility, and high-end amenities, Agorà combines well-kept, cozy interiors with generous outdoor living areas. Numerous terraces invite guests to relax throughout the day, including a large terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining and long summer evenings. The private swimming pool is the heart of the outdoor space, framed by palm trees and landscaped gardens.

The main house unfolds over two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area with comfortable lounge seating, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The first floor, accessed via an open-plan staircase or lift, hosts the sleeping quarters. Here, the master bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and whirlpool shower, while two additional bedrooms each offer their own en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. An independent annex adds further flexibility and space, making Agorà particularly suitable for extended families or groups of friends. The annex is arranged over two floors and accessed from outside. On the first floor, it includes a kitchen and living area, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the ground floor, guests will find another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a dedicated wellness area featuring a Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, and multi-sensory shower, perfect for moments of relaxation and self-care.

Beyond the pool and spa, the villa offers a range of leisure facilities designed to appeal to both adults and children. Guests have access to a small football pitch and a games room equipped with table tennis, table football, and a billiard table, providing entertainment throughout the day.

Agorà’s location allows for easy exploration of some of southern Sicily’s most celebrated attractions. The Valley of the Temples is just a short drive away, while the sandy beaches of San Leone are easy to reach.
