On Grace Bay Beach, this Estate wraps around to show you a beautiful Sandy Beach where the rich and famous come to play. The house is equipped with 7 King Bedroom Suites, One bedroom with two full size beds and one bedroom with two twins. This makes for a wonderful stay for those who may have children and want a little more space to run around. The beds are luxurious with the finest thread count in sheets, bedspreads and luxuriously filled pillows. If allergic to down please do let us know prior to arrival and we will swap the pillows out.

The ample space of the house is over 12,000 sq feet with a formal dining area, 4 powder rooms, a fully equipped gym, gourmet kitchen and lots of great seating both inside and outside of the villa. The house sits on 4 acres with 430 feet of beach frontage, perfect for families that want to be in the water and enjoying the amazing turquoise waters. This is what makes this location so desirable to so many who visit here annually. This house is licensed as a vacation rental so don't be afraid, we understand your concerns and we have made certain each home is certified in our program.

The outdoor dining and beautiful backdrop makes this all the more desirable. The windows open up to the patio where you have seemingly seamless in and out access.
