The elevated pool deck at Present Moment has just about everything you need for a tropical vacation. Work on your cinnamon tan with a front row seat overlooking the ocean from the sun deck. Then, cool off with a dip in the infinity pool, or slide into the pool’s submerged chaise loungers. Enjoy sunset views from the hot tub as the sun fades into the night sky. An outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining cabana ensures that you’ll be spending dinner hour under the stars.

Equally impressive are Present Moment’s immaculate interiors combining modern style with all the creature comforts of home. The open concept great room fills the dining, living, and kitchen areas with natural light and ocean views throughout.

The living area comes furnished with a plush sectional sofa with ottoman, 2 sofa chairs, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining room features a family table with bench seating for 8.

A gourmet kitchen sits off the great room and comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and gas grill for island cookouts.
