Villa Julianna is a luxury residence in Ferradurra Beach only 30 Meters to the beautiful sands where you can lay and enjoy the amazing sites and sounds that have come to be known as Buzios Beaches.

Villa Julianna sits on two floors with vast views of the hillside strewn with luxury multi-million dollar homes.  A lovely seating area sits around the modern and very creatively placed outdoor pool, with views of the beachfront.  There are  10 suites, one additional  small guest house with an independent entrance. There is A/C in the rooms and living areas with televisions placed in most bedrooms.

Outside you have a lovely sitting area wonderful for outside dining and gathering, where the staff can bring you drinks and dinner under the moonlit sky, complete with bar and  refrigerator.  There is also an ample garage (7 cars),  swimming pool on 3rd, wet bar and wet beach bar, Jacuzzi for 6 people in deck, sauna and bathtub for hydro therapy, barbecue and oven of pizza. Total infrastructure of comfort and leisure for 28 people.

The  house is furnished using USA Purchased furnishings of high end standards.  This is great for those seeking the comforts of home while in Brazil.  There is wonderful cooling throughout the house including in the halls and in-room video which we have a 60” Television. There is sometimes a water resource problem in Buzios, so we have our own system in place.  The piped water service plus two tanks is quite sufficient for the guests that have stayed.  However if this runs out, there will be additional charges for refilling the tanks, as it’s fairly costly if you utilize over the allowance. 

There is a guest suite with a private entrance on the outside of the house that is for staff use of well equipped with air and everything and I can also affirm that in accordance with the existing space for parking can park four cars in other places but covered in yard without problem.

I'm sure you will be more than satisfied with this home for your stay while in Buzios, our employees who are former employees of the best hotel in Buzios (Pearl Hotel) which is Maurilio waiter butler and sev. external, that is Yolanda and housekeeping aux Edneuza kitchen and our cook, very competent and caring, are ready to prepare all meals, tidbits and appetizers, plus barbecue, including seafood, (on grill) and pizzas in area covered, and caipirinhas caipirovskas various flavors, as well as other drinks.

The staff work beyond the kitchen, providing grocery shopping (additional cost), cleaning and housekeeping, pool, sauna and more. You are within very capable hands with our many well-trained employees to meet and solve all your needs and desires.  If you have over the allotted number of guests (28) than there will be a need for additional kitchen staff, which will need to be charged prior to arrival. 

You will find Ferradura's Beach is one of the most comfortable and great for healthy hiking and sports (windsurfing, water skiing, kayaks, banana, paragliding). Well installed in their kiosks, the difficult choice of shade and fresh water, sun or cold beer. Bordered by comfortable mansions is frequented by celebrities. The front of our house faces the street from the beach and the beach is in the middle being 30 meters from the beach easement. The house is brand new. Distance between the gate and the beach is about 50 steps and is 500m from the center of Búzios.
