The “Beach House Résidence”, an architectural masterpiece, harmoniously blending French Colonial and Balinese style, with 10 sumptuous suites and incredible views.

 

The spectacular modern “Overhang Résidence” offers 9 fabulous suites with a breathtaking terrace with panoramic views.

 

The “ Calivigny Cottages ”, three deluxe two bed-room villas with private outdoor Jacuzzi providean intimate setting for those “precious moments”. Tastefully decorated and furnished with custom-designed furniture, fully air-conditioned with its own lavish en-suite bathroom and first-class amenities, each suite or villa offers an authentic home away from home atmosphere.

 

Calivigny Island offers an abundance of activities for those searching for something extreme to those just wanting to lie on the beach and listen to life going by. The highly trained island staff, including private Chefs, are on hand 24hrs/day to attend to all your needs.

Getting There

 

Calivigny Island is approximately a 5-minute boat ride from Grenada, West Indies. The nearest airport is Maurice Bishop International Airport in St. George’s, Grenada. This international airport can receive private carriers of any size. There are year round direct flights from London, New York & Miami. Guests may also travel to any other Caribbean Island and then either charter a private plane or use LIAT Airlines to access Grenada. Private Return Airport transfers are included.

 

Your Private Island Home

 

The exclusive Island rental includes the Beach House Résidence of 8,000 sq m, with 10 luxury suites accommodating for up to 20 adults. Each suite is individually decorated, has its own private entrance, en-suite bathroom, king size bed and is equipped with satellite TV, mini bar, safe, luxury amenities and wireless internet. Extra beds or cots are available on request.

 

The “Overhang Résidence” of 3,000 sq m, a modern styled villa completed in 2011 with Balinese touches and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 9 luxury suites, fresh-water swimming pool, outdoor lounge bar, direct beach access and a large terrace. All suites in the house have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, the finest linens and enjoy spectacular views.

 

The three beachside two-bedroom deluxe “Calivigny Cottages” include private outdoor Jacuzzi for an intimate romantic experience.

 

Culinary Pleasures

 

The exclusive rental includes tailor made haute cuisine prepared by 2 world class chefs, based on locally sourced fresh produce (from local fish market, fresh fruit & vegetable market). Gourmet items and International specialties are available on request. Calivigny offers various spots for formal & informal dining, inside & outside including BBQ’s. The sommelier’s selection of fine local wine is included as are the well-stocked in-room refrigerators, refilled every day. A fine selection of wines and spirits are also on offer. (not included in the rental price).

 

Private Island Sports & Activities

 

6 sandy beaches to choose from, 2 immediately accessible from both the Beach House Residence and the Overhang Residence and 4 others strewn throughout the island provide ample privacy for all the guests. The island is privileged to host a few resident turtles who come to nest.

 

From the middle of April to around September guests can have the opportunity to witness these amazing events under special guidance.

Natural but secured jogging paths encourage to discover the island. A full-sized, lit tennis court with basketball hoops and a large free form, heated, fresh water swimming pool with swim up bar complete the outdoor sport facilities.  A fully equipped air-conditioned fitness center with the latest in-weight lifting, Pilates, Yoga and cardiovascular equipment offers a motivating sea view.

 

Private Island Boats & Watersports

 

Windsurfing, water skiing, snorkeling, wake board, sailing & fishing The 44 ft Hinckley – picnic boat is available for transfers to the mainland and for cruises around Calivigny Island and the St. Georges area. It sleeps 2 very comfortably with shower, toilet and kitchen facilities for a romantic self-guided overnight cruise **
