Beautiful deluxe villa within walking distance of Orient beach; the St. Tropez of the Caribbean. The villa has 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned with adjoining marble bathrooms , including 3 master suites with king size beds, equipped with DVD and the 4th bedroom with twin beds( convertible to a king size).

 

The villa has a large pool and sun terrace with wonderful ocean views and indoor and outdoor living and dining area. There is also an upstairs library with ocean view. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, this is the perfect setting for a family get together or dinner in the moonlight.  The terrace is the perfect place to bring everyone together.  Additionally you can have a lazy summer day enjoying the pool on our comfortable loungers, which really bring the experience together.

 

The house is an absolute gem if you enjoy the Caribbean; St. Martin is filled with great shopping, dining, and nighttime activities.  The house is within driving distance to most places you would like to go and offers a fantastic ocean view.  Additionally you can have the house fully catered by our local chefs (additional rates apply) or have your next wedding or event in this house.  It’s truly a wonderful escape.
