Lamu is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with rooftop deck set onto arguably one of the best sandy beaches in Barbados. Each en suite bedroom is fully equipped with air conditioning, electric blinds in each room, Nest smoke alarm and Wifi Boosters. The guest bedrooms have a TV monitor with Amazon Video, allowing guests to plug in their own Apple TV device while the master bedroom has a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a sea view, a private balcony with a sea view and a TV monitor with Netflix and Amazon Video.

The lower level of Lamu offers a guest bedroom with accessible hand rails in the bathroom, a powder room, modern gourmet kitchen and uninterrupted ocean views from the indoor dining, living, kitchen and large covered balcony with al fresco dining. There is unique artwork throughout and a rooftop deck which is fabulous for sunset views and sundowners. The villa is eco-friendly with photovoltaic panels which generates 30-50% of electrical needs, a battery backup system to maintain basic power in case of a blackout, solar hot water with mains booster, low voltage LED lighting throughout , filtered and re-mineralized drinking water fountain, rainwater tank used for garden irrigation and an air purifier in main living area and master bedroom.

There are security grills on windows and retractable grills on balconies, unmonitored security cameras, high fences around perimeter and flood lights that automatically turn on at dusk. Other features include 8 sun lounges, 1 beach canopy, 3 stand up paddle boards with paddles and a Weber smoker/BBQ.
