Villa O is perched on the slopes of Cap Ferrat with an exquisite view of the Mediterranean Sea and truly is one of the most desirable luxury vacation rentals in the French Riviera. This is contemporary vacation villa, only a short walk from Saint Jean Cap Ferrat Village and Harbour and it offers an outstanding setting to entertain guests, families, host a party or relax in secluded privacy.

Villa O has four luxurious bedrooms and one double bedroom available for staff. All of the rooms have lounge areas, beautiful ensuite bathrooms and Bang & Olufsen entertainment systems. Rooms are spacious, with wonderful views and with a high quality finish befitting this kind of luxury living. The external areas and gardens are as varied as they are wonderful, with pagodas, terraces, eco swimming pool, tiled Jacuzzi tub and manicured lawns all with the breath-taking vista across the Mediterranean Sea. All parties will have friendly and professional staff on hand day and night to be sure that every need is met and fully catered for. Perhaps the highlight of the villa though is the amazing rooftop infinity hot tub overlooking the Mediterranean Sea – the perfect spot for enjoying a cocktail while admiring stunning sunsets.

At Villa O, you have every option available to you for any type of stay. Sailing enthusiasts can use Cap Ferrat Harbour as their launch; sun seekers can while away the hours on the terrace or in the hot tub; for those who want to keep fit the eco pool and private gym are ideal; and for the lounge lizard who just wants to relax there is plenty of shade throughout both the villa and house as well as a cinema and library.

Outdoors the villa is a true oasis! There are over 4,500 square meters of gardens. Lavender lined pathways provide panoramic views over the peninsula. A cornucopia of flowers bursts through rockery walls. Olive, Cyprus and eucalyptus trees give shape and shade; jasmine, rosemary and jacaranda perfume the entire estate. Soft, manicured lawns undulate to an aquamarine pool. A wooden footbridge leads to our two bedroom, magic garden, Tent house Suite. A Balinese style pool house provides shade in which to read, dine or snooze away a hot summer afternoon. Step into the infinity pool that curves around the garden. Cocktail in hand, gaze out over the bay filled with yachts. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in your suite, on the terrace, in the dining room, on the lawn or by the pool (either pool of course). Dinner at 8 or a midnight feast with lanterns. Attention to detail is phenomenal because that’s how we like it.

Villa O is also an exceptional venue for private celebrations and exclusive events, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces with breathtaking Mediterranean views. The villa has previously hosted elegant weddings, birthday celebrations, cocktail receptions, fashion shoots, and product launches, making it ideal for guests seeking a truly memorable setting. Upon request, professional event planners can be arranged to oversee every detail, while additional services such as hair and makeup artists, stylists, florists, and technical production may also be organized to ensure a seamless and refined experience.
