The villa's architecture seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor living. Its multi-level wood decks create an abundance of spaces for lounging, dining, or soaking in the Caribbean sun. The upper deck flows gracefully from the main indoor living area, where gazebos offer shaded comfort. Under these gazebos, you’ll find cozy seating areas, a dining space, and a barbeque—ideal for casual meals or festive gatherings. The lower level of the deck is where the swimming pool is located, surrounded by sun-drenched terraces and shaded seating areas.

Villa Hacienda consists of a main building and an annex. The main building hosts the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The tastefully designed interiors exude a sense of understated elegance. High ceilings, whitewashed walls, and natural wood accents contribute to the light and airy feel of the space, while modern amenities ensure all the comforts of home. Hacienda’s seven bedrooms provide a blend of luxury and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are located in private casitas off the upper deck, each featuring sea and garden views, as well as exclusive patios. These secluded accommodations offer an intimate retreat within the villa’s expansive layout. The other bedrooms, nestled throughout the main villa, are equally well-appointed, each offering comfort, style, and easy access to the villa’s amenities. Two bedrooms connect to the interior living space and offer a wonderful set up for family with children. One room has bunk beds and the adjacent room has a king bed. These two share a spa-style bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the right wing, each designed for additional comfort and privacy. These bedrooms feature stunning garden views, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and a shared, covered terrace.

In addition to all of the amenities Villa La Hacienda now features a brand-new pickleball court on the property. The court is shared with the neighboring villa, offering a great space for guests to enjoy a friendly match or a morning workout under the island sun. Located on the left side of the property, the neighboring villa accesses the court via their private connecting path, ensuring no disruption to the guests privacy. Should you prefer exclusive use of the court, please let us know prior to arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

This vacation rental is conveniently located close to St. Martin’s top attractions. Long Bay Beach and Cupecoy Beach are just a 2-minute drive away, offering pristine sands and turquoise waters.
