Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the expansive terrace, effortlessly merging indoor and outdoor living. At the heart of the villa lies the sleek, fully equipped kitchen, where clean lines, top-of-the-line appliances, and elegant finishes cater to both casual meals and gourmet dinners. An adjacent dining area opens onto the pool deck, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco meals under the warm Caribbean sun or star-studded skies.

Outside, the villa is a private paradise. The heated infinity pool appears to float above the landscape, drawing the eye out toward the horizon. Sun loungers, tropical foliage, and sleek lounging platforms make it easy to spend the entire day outdoors. At the center of it all, a sunken firepit lounge invites you to gather for cocktails and conversation as the sky glows with Caribbean sunsets. A shaded outdoor bar and BBQ area elevate the experience, perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the villa’s peaceful ambiance.

Villa Nuit Jade offers five elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy. Four bedrooms are located on the main level: two offer a view of the pool with direct access to the pool, while the other two, facing the garden, feature an outdoor shower and a private terrace, providing an intimate and serene space. The fifth bedroom is an independent studio accessible from the outside. A true exclusive retreat, the studio includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The bed in this bedroom consists of twin beds, which can be separated as needed. The studio opens onto a private terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and a jacuzzi—perfect for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

For your comfort, Villa Nuit Jade is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-end amenities designed to enhance every moment of your stay. The pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, with optional heating available outside of that period at an additional cost of $350 per week.
