Originally designed as 7-bedroom property the villa has now been upgraded and it offers a total of 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and is ready to accommodate up to 18 guests. It is a great choice for Caribbean escape when travelling with extended family or larger group of friends.

Privilège Estate is a pet-friendly property where furry friends are welcome upon request—so don’t hesitate to ask our agent! The villa spans over 1,000 square meters across three levels and features seven bedrooms. A charming cottage nearby offers two additional bedrooms, accommodating up to four extra guests. Altogether, this elegant estate invites you to experience the island at its most refined. A winding path leads to the cottage—a private two-bedroom retreat that reflects the villa’s timeless charm. With its own terrace, kitchen, and indoor-outdoor living areas, it’s the perfect haven for guests seeking extra privacy within the estate. Privilège Estate offers flexible renting options and it could also be rented as (5, 6, 7-bedroom configuration). When rented as villa the cottage is not available to guests.

Together, the Villa and Cottage form a private enclave designed for indulgence and serenity. Guests have exclusive access to exceptional wellness facilities, including a rejuvenating hammam sauna, fitness equipment, and open spaces that inspire well-being.
