Spectacular 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath European style villa with accommodations for eight people.  Sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta are yours to enjoy from every room in the villa. A modern granite counter topped kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal make cooking at the villa a pleasure should you so desire.  The master bedroom suite has a secluded outdoor Jacuzzi.  Air conditioning is available for the warm months.  Take a dip in the pool or sit on the terrace and enjoy the panoramic view.  

You enter Villa Rosa through a beautiful wrought-iron gate. Stairs take you to the main entrance of Villa Rosa.  The pool and patio appear as you approach the doors to the beautiful living area.  As you cross the living room area you find yourself viewing the kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading off to the pool and terrace.  A half bath is on the first floor.  Walk up the gorgeous winding staircase with stained glass windows to the second floor master suite with king size bed.  A palapa roofed terrace opens off the master bedroom complete with a table and chairs to enjoy the breathtaking view.  The bath contains a large Jacuzzi, bidet, double sink, toilet and shower.     

The staircase winds you to the 2 third floor bedrooms having their own baths and romantic balconies, the best views of all. One bedroom has one double bed and the other bedroom has two double beds.  A separate entrance to the street on this level provides alternative access and parking.  The washer and dryer are located on this level.  

A maid and a cook are available six days per week.  They will take care of your laundry, cleaning and cooking up to two meals per day.  You select your meals from the Villa Rosa menu and the cook does the shopping for you with the money you give him.  

Villa Rosa is located in the Alta Vista area; minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta .   Los Muertos Beach is a 10 minute walk.
