From the moment you step into the apartment, you're greeted by an infusion of contemporary art and classic Italian design. Each room, warmed by underfloor heating, presents a unique blend of style and sophistication and is furnished with handcrafted Italian furniture. The living space, adorned with striking artworks and plush furnishings, invites you to unwind with a glass of fine Italian wine. The meticulously curated interiors feature a 55" smart TV in the master bedroom and two 32" smart TVs in the living room and single bedroom, offering access to cable/satellite channels and streaming services for an in-home entertainment experience. The Best Nest has been designed as a 2-bedroom vacation property, both of them with a city view. The property accommodates up to three guests, ensuring a serene and exclusive atmosphere. A unique system of sliding doors converts part of the living room into the second bedroom. Please note children under the age of 13 are not allowed. An elegant bathroom, a blend of modern fixtures and artisan tiles, is located just next to the master bedroom.

The building has a majestic rooftop terrace, revealed to you by the owner, where Rome's iconic skyline unfolds before your eyes. From the wide windows of your private haven, you're afforded mesmerizing views of the Piazza and Palazzo della Cancelleria, the Piazza del Teatro di Pompeo, Borromini’s Dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza, the Palazzo Farnese, and Campo de’ Fiori. Every detail is fine-tuned for your comfort, from the sleek kitchen equipped to cater to your culinary whims, to the serene bedrooms promising a restful slumber.
